This role will be well suited to an experienced Production Shift Manager who has worked in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Working on a shift basis, this position will provide you with excellent training opportunities within a secure business environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. To ensure Health & Safety and Environmental working practices are followed at all times.
2. To ensure that quality standards are met and take action where equipment, tooling or personnel are not capable of achieving the required standard.
3. Cycle efficiency, Labour efficiency, Scrap targets, Material usage, Changeovers and Downtime.
4. To provide a detailed shift report to ensure a seamless shift handover.
5. Produce daily and monthly KPI reports.
