Job Description Medical Van Driver Full Time | Euxton Hall Hospital We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Medical Van Driver to join our team at Euxton Hall Hospital The position is supporting three sites – Euxton/Buckshaw/Fulwood and will largely consist of driving a van between these site carrying medical equipment ect with some drop offs at Preston royal & Wigan hospitals. The ideal candidate will have: Ensuring that all transportation schedules are adhered to, coordinating with medical and administrative staff to plan efficient routes. Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of hospital vehicles, conducting regular inspections, and reporting any issues promptly. Ensuring all transported items are handled with the utmost care and comply with relevant safety and handling regulations. Delivering medical supplies and equipment between different departments within each hospital as required. Ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations and hospital policies. Recording mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant data to ensure accurate reporting. Providing excellent customer service, addressing any queries from hospital staff, and ensuring the smooth transit of all items. Supporting the hospital staff with other logistical tasks as needed, contributing to the seamless operation of hospital services.
