This exciting role is in Oxford with travel to other sites such as Milton Keynes and Swindon. You will work closely with the contract manager to ensure the delivering of day to day reactive and preventive maintenance to a range of medical equipment. You will also assist in the procurement and replacement of the large medical equipment.

As the Deputy Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Operational management: oversee the day-to-day management of the contract, coordinate maintenance schedules and address operational changes
* Client and Stakeholder Engagement: act as a key point of contact for clients, develop strong working relationships, support partners whenever needed.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance: ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards, maintaining safe working practices, conducting audits and risk assessments.
* Financial and Performance Management: monitoring KPI's, SLA's and other performance metrics, support with tracking budgets, assist in producing reports.
* Team Support: provide leadership and guidance within the MES team, step into the contract manager role during absences.
* Process Improvement: identify opportunities for improving processes, participate in strategic planning.
The successful Deputy Contract Manager, will have the following related skills / experience:
* Experience in managing or supporting large-scale contracts, ideally within MES, healthcare, or a similar clinical/technical environment.
* Strong understanding of medical equipment management
* Ability to manage client relationships.
