What is great about the role? As a Business Support Administrator using a state-of-the-art scheduling system, manage diaries, book jobs for the repairs colleagues, schedule emergency jobs, participate in the on-call service and support the team with administration duties. You will contribute to the effective operation of the department, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service. As a team we are fun to get along with, but we take our jobs seriously and have our customers at the heart of everything we do. No two days will be the same but you will have the support of your team, manager and Learning & Development department to make sure you have all the knowledge necessary to do the job to a high standard. What skills and experience do you need? As a Business Support (Operations) team member, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department. We're looking for someone who understands IT systems and can easily learn and confidently use new and familiar software. It's important to have a good grasp of IT, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Having some knowledge of property construction or the building industry would be a plus. Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment is beneficial, along with excellent data processing abilities. Additionally, good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner are essential. What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £ 26,390 for a 40 hour full time permanent position Working days are Monday to Friday 8am- 1630. Agile working policies- combining remote work with in-office collaboration for a balanced and productive environment. We work from the offices approximately 2-3 days a week. This role has a base of Swansea trades office.
