Multiconsult is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. Our UK team is predominantly focused on developing hydropower and renewable energy projects in emerging and developing countries, in particular Sub-Saharan Africa and South/South-East Asia, in addition to Scandinavia and the UK.

We currently have a strong portfolio of interesting hydropower and pumped storage projects worldwide and are currently growing our team of engineers. We are now looking to expand our team with more experienced engineers in all disciplines related to hydropower.
Duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented and motivated engineers to join our team working on hydropower, renewable energy and industry projects around the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydropower projects and is able to apply them to a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out relevant tasks related to our portfolio of hydropower and pumped storage projects
* Project management of our projects as relevant
* Prepare reports
* Liaise with clients
* Liaise with colleagues, including senior/principal engineers and CAD technicians
* Attend site visits to existing and proposed hydropower plants (predominantly overseas)
Qualifications and requirements:
* Degree in e.g. Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or other discipline related to hydropower/pumped storage projects
* More than 5 years experience from the Hydropower/PSP industry, e.g. as Consultant, Owner or Equipment Supplier
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
