If so, we want to hear from you We're seeking two Finance and Compliance Officers to join our field operations finance team in London. About the Role You will report into the Finance Business Partner to ensure financial and regulatory compliance across multiple operational sites in Greater London. You will also: • Review internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure financial documentation meets statutory and organisational standards. • Assist managers in implementing best practices and develop checklists and guidelines for a consistent approach. • Train operational teams on financial policies. • Assist in rolling out new financial systems and process improvements. • Support internal and external audit preparations. • Represent finance during site visits and report findings to stakeholders.
