Working for a leading not-for profit organisation in Plymouth.
Your new role
You will manage a team of two accounts payable staff and ensure the team delivers an efficient service for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
* Perform accurate reconciliations
* Process all supplier invoices, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and paid.
* Deal with supplier queries promptly.
* Manage the team on a daily basis with effective line management.
* Oversee month-end procedures.
* Ensure BACS and cheque payments are prepared for approval.
* Support the submission of HMRC claims.
* Attend monthly meetings with the Financial Controller to review the Trade payables position.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous staff management experience
* Ideally, AAT qualified.
* High volume processing experience.
