The Role
Reporting to a seasoned Sales Director, you’ll play a critical role in managing and growing tier one and tier two relationships with multinational companies. You’ll focus on both expanding existing accounts and pioneering new business opportunities.
This is more than just a sales role; it’s an opportunity to be a trusted partner to some of the world’s largest organisations in sectors that are driving innovation and change. You’ll work across multiple organisational levels, leveraging your relationship-building and B2B sales skills to deliver results and add value.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients, developing customised solutions that align with their business needs while optimising service and identifying areas for value enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute key account plans to increase revenue and market presence with key clients across the UK and Europe.
* Foster deep client relationships to position the company as an indispensable partner, addressing their needs with industry-leading solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively showcase and maximise product offerings, reinforcing the company’s position following its rebrand.
* Work closely with operational teams to guarantee top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Stay informed on market trends to ensure the company’s offerings remain ahead of the competition.
* Participate in the development and roll-out of new products and services that respond to market demands and client feedback.
What You Need to Bring:
* Have strong B2B sales experience, preferably in managing tier one or tier two accounts.
* Demonstrated success in managing and expanding relationships with high-value corporate clients.
* Experience working with and selling to R&D, Supply Chain and Procurement professionals would be a distinct advantage.
* A proactive, consultative approach with strong planning and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrate ambition, intellectual capability, and a hunger to grow personally and professionally.
