Are you an experienced Exam Officer with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated professional to join a St Helens secondary school immediately.
The Role:
Oversee the smooth and efficient administration of internal and external exams.
Manage exam timetables, entries, and results processing.
Ensure compliance with JCQ regulations and school policies.
Liaise with teaching staff, senior leaders, and exam boards.
Coordinate invigilators and provide guidance during exam periods.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Exam Officer in a school setting.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
