About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Staff Wellbeing Facilitator to support our team’s emotional and mental well-being across all seven Abbotsford care homes. Based at our head office, you’ll lead reflective conversations, provide support in team meetings, and facilitate Active Restorative Check-ins (ARCs) to help staff manage workplace challenges. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams feel valued, supported, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities Supporting Staff Wellbeing
* Hold regular one-to-one and group sessions to offer a confidential space for staff to discuss workplace challenges and personal well-being.
* Provide guidance, resources, and proactive support to help staff build emotional resilience and maintain positive mental health.
* Support the embedding of reflective performance processes, including training and observing staff practice to develop skills and knowledge.
Facilitating Meetings & ARCs
* Organise and support team meetings and ARC sessions, ensuring these forums address staff concerns effectively.
* Oversee logistics, including scheduling, setting agendas, and documenting key outcomes.
* Lead staff well-being initiatives to help staff manage stress and build a positive workplace culture, supporting organisational development.
* Adapt the framework based on staff feedback to ensure it meets their evolving needs.
Reporting & Feedback
* Regularly update management on staff wellbeing initiatives and overall morale.
* Gather and analyse staff feedback to continuously improve support strategies.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a safe and supportive space for staff.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A background in mental health support or related fields is highly desirable.
This is a full-time role covering all seven Abbotsford care homes, with your home base at our head office.
