Creative Manager - wholesale products like toys, homeware
Location: Essex (5 days in office, free parking)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week
Our client is an importer and wholesale distributor of everyday value products. Their extensive range includes toys, games, gifts, and homeware. They source and supply high-quality products to their clients.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to oversee the design process from concept to completion. Leading a team of designers and artworkers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative solutions that meet project specifications and align with the company's brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage the design and artwork teams to produce high-quality work.
* Oversee the design process to ensure timely and high-standard output.
* Enhance design workflows and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
* Maintain and develop the company's corporate identity, keeping branding fresh and relevant.
* Coordinate artwork and design projects with key stakeholders.
* Implement and maintain a robust job tracking system.
* Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and methodologies, sharing insights with the wider team.
* Work proactively across teams to ensure a solution-focused service.
* Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Communicate effectively at all levels and escalate issues when necessary.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety regulations.
* Undertake additional duties as required by senior management.
