Client Services Manager - £36,000 - Property industry - 9am - 5pm - Kelvedon area A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Client Services Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £30,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, key duties include but are not limited to: Serve as the main contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction. Manage client communications, feedback, and service delivery. Lead Client Services Coordinators, setting goals and tracking progress. Provide training and support team growth through one-on-one meetings. Coordinate client visits and manage scheduling challenges. Establish KPIs, drive performance, and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with management to enhance client satisfaction and growth. Analyse feedback for service improvements and up-selling opportunities. Lead by example, driving a results-oriented, collaborative environment. Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Client Services Manager position: Experience within building and maintaining strong client relationships. Familiarity with industry regulations and risk management practices. Excellent communication skills Experience within analysing data and trends for continuous improvement.
