We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks within a software development environment. The Account Administrator will provide vital support to Account Owners and project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate Data organization, and excellent client communication. National and international travel may be required occasionally, depending on project/client needs, with an estimated range of 0%-10%. This will be a hybrid position with 3 days per week required in the office. We have an office in Leicester and in London, so candidates from either location will be considered. Requirements Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Account Owners and project teams. Maintain accurate records of client accounts, project details, and financials. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing use. Own the project ramp up by understanding client requirements, working with the orchestration and recruitment team to fulfill our commitment. Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency. Create and manage project ramp-up usually with the guidance of an Account owner. Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and other account-related financial tasks. Help identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency. Requirements 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a software development or technical environment. Experience supporting account management or client-facing teams is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software. Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive, solution-oriented approach. Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused attitude. Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.
