Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive - EU
Reporting to: Head of Marketing EU
Location: THG HQ, Manchester (WA15 0AF) Fully office based
About the Role:
Working within the Myprotein Europe territory team reporting into the Head of Marketing - EU, the Marketing Manager will lead and develop the influencer marketing strategy for Myprotein Southern Europe, support growth on further digital marketing channels, including paid media, CRM, and social media and deliver successful campaign management to drive further growth through localized initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, creative, and hardworking individual who's passionate about influencer marketing, campaign management, and organic and paid media. They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Manage and optimize channels including influencers, paid media, CRM, and events to meet performance goals
* Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build regional brand awareness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals
* Create, analyze, and innovate digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Develop and implement the influencer marketing strategy
* Liaise with Social, Campaign, Events, and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage
* Plan and manage local and global events and activations
* Use tools including Excel to analyze and report on KPIs
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years within Marketing with a consumer goods business
* Spanish language skills both written and spoken are mandatory
* Previous experience in the health & nutrition sector is strongly desired
* Previously worked on channel and brand marketing is strongly desired
* Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results
* Interest and understanding of the health and fitness industry
* Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
* Confident communication skills both verbally and written with internal and external teams
* High level of interest in Influencer Marketing
