Customer Service Administrator
Salary : £25, - £26,
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm on a rota basis.
Location: Tonbridge

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care professional to join our client's fast-paced company in Tonbridge. Based within easy access of the A21 and public transport as well as walking distance to local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Responsibilities
7. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service via phone and email
8. Assist customers with their inquiries, resolve queries, and escalate issues when necessary
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer requests
11. Stay up to date with industry-specific knowledge and company products/services
12. Liaising with other departments and communicating with them effectively
13. Managing the customer payment process
14. Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
15. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally via email/telephone, this could be within retail, customer services, call centre, hospitality or similar
16. Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
17. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
18. Proficiency in using customer databases or internal systems and Microsoft Office - full training is given
19. Proactive nature and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customer's needs
20. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
