Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for their client based in Walsall. The ideal candidate should have previous HR experience, working within a team and keeping up to date with policies and procedures. The HR Advisor will be the first point of call to employees and managers for all HR related enquiries.
Duties of a HR Advisor
1. Assisting with implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, including communicating these to department managers to be rolled out to the whole company.
2. Keeping up to date with HR policies and procedures.
3. Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and files.
4. Involvement in the recruitment process, including job posting, conducting telephone interviews, and communicating job offers.
5. Commencing onboarding process for new starters, including preparing offer letters, conducting inductions, and ensuring all relevant documentation is in place to allow a smooth start for new starters.
6. Conducting data analysis.
7. Reporting on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction levels to identify areas of concern and contribute towards a more successful workforce.
8. Working well as part of a team.
Benefits of a HR Advisor
Long term contract at £15.72 per hour
Location: Walsall
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (No Hybrid)
Experience of a HR Advisor
1. Previous HR experience.
2. Good administration and communication skills.
3. Team player.
4. Previous Human Resources and Personnel experience is an advantage.
