About the Role
Position Summary:
As our Campaign Delivery Manager, you will develop and manage new business campaign strategies for our chosen Industry Verticals and manage our Marketing Programme Specialist(s) to deliver prerequisite lead values to ensure we meet our targets. You will be responsible for creating and delivering measurable campaigns in collaboration with the wider Marketing team, managing execution, tracking effectiveness and adhering to budgets. You will ensure timely campaign delivery and execution, and drive continued improvement by evaluating successes and identifying improvement opportunities to deliver outstanding ROI for your assigned Industry Verticals and campaigns.
We work primarily remotely, with office days and meet-ups to enhance relationships and collaborate. So, you will need to be able to work independently and proactively when remote, with excellent communication skills a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns for our Industry Verticals, BAU campaigns and work in collaboration with industry-specific Account Executives.
* Team leadership of our Marketing Programme Specialists to ensure campaign delivery.
* Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
* Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, events, social media, content marketing and paid media.
* Ownership of campaign performance reports and tracking.
* Budget Management, tracking spend-to-end results, ensuring budget/result ROI across multiple channels.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimise and enhance.
* Ensure seamless execution and timely launch of campaigns.
* Own the lead generation data with excellent CRM management to drive lead nurturing and lead scoring.
* Perform regular quality checks to guarantee campaign effectiveness.
* Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Chief Product Officer on performance, and required changes/actions to ensure we hit targets without fail.
Requirements:
* Experience in a B2B environment and technology solution marketing/lead generation.
* Experienced at creating and delivering campaigns that deliver results.
* Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
* Experience running multi-channel campaigns.
* Excellent knowledge of GA4.
* Creative outlook and innovative mindset.
* Can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
* Team leadership experience; desirable experience building and managing WordPress websites, experience with ActiveCampaign and PipeDrive CRM.
