Business Specialist, Amazon Business Biz Operation
Amazon Business Biz Operations (ABBO) is part of WW PSME/ Self-Service Registration (SSR). Our operations span across India (DEL/HYD/BLR), Costa Rica (SJO), and Japan (CTS). We collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, constantly exploring new avenues to expand our scope and delivering innovative solutions that provide greater value to the business and customers. The team supports WW AB Marketplaces 24/7 on operational tasks encompassing manual verification, risk & abuse management and assists WW AB teams on tasks that require human intervention. Primarily, the team verifies the legitimacy of potential customers to onboard business/corporate customers at the Amazon platform providing additional benefits such as bulk ordering, expedited delivery, etc. In order to protect the platform from abusive actors, the team combines technology, machine learning, and human ingenuity to identify threat vectors that can be utilized to perpetrate abuse. The team seamlessly develops mechanisms to reduce the impact of abuse. Alongside, we assist the WW AB team on manual tasks in order to reduce cost to serve while improving efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards.

The candidate should demonstrate quicker decision-making ability and possess excellent verbal and written communication along with analytical skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 1+ years of customer service or business operations experience.
2. Native level Japanese skill.
3. Business level English skill in reading, writing, hearing, and speaking.
4. Demonstrated ability to successfully deal with ambiguity.
5. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to comfortably engage with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
6. Flexible to work in any shift and in a virtual environment.
7. Demonstrated strong analytical skills; including the ability to find, interpret, and make recommendations based on available data.
8. Demonstrated detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to identification and problem-solving.
9. Demonstrated ability to drive customer service quality improvement initiatives.
10. Strong problem-solving, highly analytical, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
11. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
