We have an exciting opportunity for a strong candidate to join us in the newly created role of Portfolio Manager. Your objective will be ensuring we deliver the maximum service level to our customers through implementing best in class processes to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process. This role will interact with a broad range of stakeholders in the division and corporate supply chain teams, and a continuous improvement mindset will be key to your success in this role. You will also play a part in co-ordinating the monthly turnover cycle for CPD, a pivotal role within our division with visibility to a number of key stakeholders in the business. With ODES and SAP NEO projects coming in the near future too, you will play a role as Customer Supply Chain get ready for these big changes to our ways of working. You will Manage a critical aspect of the CPD End to end supply chain process, adding value by maximising the daily service level to our customers and creating new best practice processes for the group. Optimising daily service level through working with the customer supply chain and supply planning teams. Proactively fixing non-stock causes and identifying process improvements as you go. Co-ordinate the monthly turnover cycle, leading the weekly meetings and data gathering, whilst mitigating risks and identifying opportunities with the commercial teams. Communicate closely with Distribution Center teams the Turnover projection for the DC to properly manage their capacity planning. Partner the customer supply chain team across all retail channels to help them maintain their customer portfolio and master data. Monitor master data changes that may impact EDI customers with supply planning team. Share data in a timely manner with customer supply chain to enable proactive communication with customers (Pack EAN, pallet changes etc) Own the order catch-up process and ensure customer scope is accurate and check regularly. Champion right first time by supporting the CSC team with test orders on new products, proactively checking for any pricing or portfolio set up issues to ensure everything is perfect the first time a customer orders. Provide weekly and monthly KPI updates to your stakeholder, tracking performance and using data to gain support on process improvements. You have A customer-centric mindset (both internal and external), with experience in Supply Chain Confidence working with systems - understanding the data and parameters used to create outputs. Using this knowledge to define best practice or system changes. Ability to build strong relationships with and influence internal stakeholders.
