What we need…
We are looking for aSales Enablement Manager whowill be the strategic partner to our sales, marketing, customer success, and RevOps teams. Your mission will be to design, implement, and continuously improve enablement programs that empower our revenue teams to achieve their goals. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you’ll shape the sales process, develop impactful training programs, and ensure mastery of our sales methodology while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. By collaborating across teams and leveraging data, you’ll drive productivity, adoption, and readiness across the revenue organization.
What you'll do…
* Manage, maintain, and develop the Everboarding program, ensuring ongoing skills training and alignment with business needs
* Leverage data, tools and sales leadership feedback to identify improvement opportunities in enablement programs and refine the curriculum in collaboration with the Enablement Trainer.
* Partner with Revenue Leaders to ensure adoption and execution of sales and qualification methodology sales processes across the team.
* Maintain high-quality standards for internal sales content via Confluence, ensuring relevance and usability, and create documentation to support process and tools adoption.
* Collaborate with internal experts to document and improve our existing processes
* Orchestrate internal communications to the sales team, ensuring consistent sales readiness.
* Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and assess progress towards goals, proposing improvements and corrective measures when necessary.
What you have...
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, BD, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations roles or 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital, or a related Sales role.
* Experience in creating high-quality training content, documentation and managing enablement programs in the technology/SaaS industry.
* Strong knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, Salesloft, Gong, and others.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
* Strong communication skills to present insights and drive initiatives across teams.
* Detail-oriented, with a passion for maintaining high standards in content, training, and process management.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
