The successful candidate will build relationships with key decision-makers in automotive and energy sectors, and strategically position our cutting-edge battery management solutions.
The Business Development Manager (EV) will:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the automotive and electrification industries.
Promote the company's portfolio, BMS software platforms, and 12V battery systems to potential customers.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the automotive, energy storage, and industrial markets.
Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and providing solutions that maximize their value.
Initiate and actively engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts.
The Business Development Manager (EV) will have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A technical background in batteries, electrical engineering, or automotive software is highly desirable.
5-10 years of proven success in sales and account management.
Established network within leading premium OEMs (such as BMW, Mercedes, Daimler, Porsche, Audi), demonstrating experience and connections in the industry.
Basic understanding of battery technologies, battery management systems (BMS), and cloud-based software solutions.
Fluency in both German and English.
