As a Recruitment Specialist 360, you will be responsible for: the full recruitment cycle from securing new vacancies via business development to identifying suitable candidates via advertising and sourcing, with the ultimate goal of filling the vacancies within your division to achieve your personal and divisional GP Revenue targets.

Recruitment Specialist 360 Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads using all resources available and record information to action immediately.
2. Securing new vacancies via selling and business development.
3. Achieve targets for daily and weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.
4. Maximise 'Cross Sell' opportunities for all Group Brands.
5. Identify competitor information and use it to your advantage.
6. Identifying suitable candidates via traditional and more imaginative methods, with the ultimate goal of filling the vacancies you are working on.
7. Pre-interviewing and interviewing candidates, ensuring you only send the most suitable ones to your clients.
8. Remaining compliant in order to protect our business and that of our clients.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Recruitment Specialist 360 Skills:
1. Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally in the maintenance sector, but will consider recruiters who are looking to move from another sector.
2. Ability to think on your feet and creatively.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the right mindset to be honest, flexible, and reliable, and the motivation to succeed.
