We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist education team in Oxford. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to children and young people aged 8 to 19 with autism and learning difficulties. If you’re passionate about making a positive impact and are ready for a fulfilling challenge, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support to students in collaboration with the Class Teacher and Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
* Assist in delivering engaging and tailored learning activities to meet individual student needs.
* Model best practices to promote successful learning and personal development.
* Support the physical, social, emotional, and cultural growth of students, preparing them for adult life.
* Encourage students to communicate their needs in safer and more effective ways.
