We’re on the lookout for an HSE Training Administrator to join our team and take the lead in coordinating all things training and compliance-related across Hill Group. From booking courses and managing calendars to liaising with external training providers and tracking certifications—you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our people are well-equipped and up to date. If you're detail-driven, a confident communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step for you Key Responsibilities: Training Coordination: Handle all training bookings, from request to approval, working closely with staff and external providers. Keep our Group training calendar up to date and issue training invites to the right people. Manage delegate lists, course materials, and logistics for internal and on-site sessions. Support the build of our new online learning portal and help update training content in line with the latest regulations. Monitoring & Records: Track expiry dates for training and learning agreements, sending reminders when needed. Manage certificates—making sure they’re received, logged, and shared with employees. Gather feedback to assess training impact and suggest improvements. Systems & Reporting: Use our HSE system like a pro—producing accurate reports and KPIs for the wider team. Keep our training records updated and arrange re-certification courses ahead of expiry dates. Team Support & Communication: Be the go-to contact for all training-related queries—internally and externally. Welcome and host visiting trainers at our offices. Step in for the Group HSE Director on training matters when needed. Extra Bits: Help prepare HSE presentations and reports. Track training attendance and ensure safety equipment and supplies are available. Skills & Experience: Experience in a health & safety role, ideally with training responsibilities. Excellent communication and admin skills, with a keen eye for detail. Confident with Excel and working with data. A great team player with a proactive approach.
