Role Overview:
As the Technical Manager, you will manage an experienced team in the validation of product, system, and material performance in support of design and development activities. You will be responsible for a team of 8.
Responsibilities include:
1. Certification and completion of all development and performance validation work.
2. Ensure that activities relating to system, product, and material testing & research and environmental control are authorized in accordance with customer requirements and regulatory authorities.
3. Cooperate with the HSE team to ensure risk assessments are maintained.
4. Foster a continuous improvement mindset in testing techniques, material development, reporting, and documentation processes.
Requirements of the Technical Manager:
1. Experience working in either the Aerospace (Preferred) or a Highly Regulated Industry.
2. Strong People Management skills.
3. Good working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean techniques.
4. Efficient Problem Solver.
