Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a major retailer who are looking for a Programme Manager to manage their Property Development.
Our client owns a large portfolio of properties throughout the UK. This role will be responsible for the development and re-development of that portfolio including a large multi-million pound mixed-use development in London.
As Programme Manager - Property Development - your duties & responsibilities will include:
* Producing a development brief and pre-construction plan
* Appointing and managing consultants and contractors throughout the pre-construction stage
* Ensuring projects are set up to deliver within defined CAPEX budgets
* Liaising with local planners to ensure planning approvals are adhered to
* In-direct management of all internal and external stakeholders
The Programme Manager you will need:
* Extensive experience of project or programme management of client-side development projects
* Experience of re-development projects as well as new build housing
* Experience of working with architects, consultants and planners at the pre-construction project stage.
* The ability to influence and manage indirectly
* Excellent communication and people skills
