You will support the Head of Brand and Creative and develop the brand function for both customer-facing and internal communications channels. You will be responsible for producing, implementing, and shaping Unipart’s brand and content strategy. As part of your key responsibilities you’ll: Support our head of brand creative to implement the brand strategy for Unipart and deliver best-in-class creative Produce, implement, and shape Unipart’s brand and content strategy across, both customer-facing and Internal communications channels – a hands-on role Manage the creative and execution of brand content – across all digital communications channels, strategic sales presentations, social media and web, both internally and externally Own and manage key relationships with creative agencies, print and production specialists Provide indirect support for media, social, and PR web teams Ensures guidelines and quality standards are implemented across the divisional content – thought leadership, webpages, social media content, events, brand collaborations, promotions, and advertising Act as adviser on content and lead on setting and ensuring brand standards are maintained and consistent across Unipart Be the brand guardian through brand management and go-to support across Unipart teams, internal people teams and corporate, plus non-Unipart brands Identify KPIs for visual brand content and which tools to invest in to scale effectively About You We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role Experience within a similar creative hands-on role, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry Good graphic design/creative background and experience using Adobe Design Suite, Premiere Pro and After Effects video editing tools and PowerPoint are essential Experience in producing and leading complex projects, across multiple functional stakeholders Clear, collaborative communication style, with a knack for fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships Strong commercial acumen Management of work streams and scheduling of creative projects within Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams Strong planning, organising and time management skills Positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure using own initiative Our recruitment and selection process has been developed to ensure that it is consistent, fair and provides equality of opportunity - all selection decisions are based solely on technical and behavioural competencies.
