What will I be doing? As a Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef in ensuring that the food offered to guests is of a consistantly high standard. Being able to prepare and present food of the highest quality possible within company guidelines Advising Sous Chef of foods that need to be rotated Managing dry store goods and keeping fridge clean and tidy Being responsible for the strict control of hygiene in the section. Monitoring food preparation areas. Reporting any hygiene problems to the Executive Chef or his Deputy in his absence Be fully aware and comply with resort security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation Monitoring and developing cleaning schedules, ensuring that they are followed Qualifications What are we looking for?
