We are looking for an Office Manager on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave at Lance Consolidation Limited. Based at Fair Trade House, Segensworth, Lance Consolidation Limited provide essential support services including HR, Accounts, Facilities, and Marketing, to all businesses within the group.
The scope of the role itself covers the day-to-day management of the building and its facilities, the safety and security of staff, purchasing and reconciliation to ensure the businesses within run smoothly and support of a secondary site for the benefit of the tenants. All responsibilities and actions must be executed through a lens of ensuring cost efficiency for the businesses involved.
The role sits within a fast paced, friendly team where no two days are the same. Applicants must have a proactive, can-do attitude, strong communication and organisational skills and be comfortable with dynamic to do list.
Role Responsibilities:
* Managing the building and its facilities to ensure maintenance is upheld and cost efficiency is achieved for the occupants.
* Managing the grounds maintenance of a local secondary site to ensure maintenance is upheld and cost efficiency is achieved for the occupants.
* Managing the H&S and fire safety to ensure the building and its occupants are adequately protected.
* People management of an efficient team of individuals.
* Organisation of insurance policies to ensure sufficient coverage for all occupants.
* Overseeing the procurement of sundries, stationery, furniture and adhoc assets as required.
* Overseeing the security of the building including lock up/unlock coverage.
* Reconciliation of regular invoicing for authorisation.
* Credit card management including end of month invoice reconciliation.
* Additional tasks may be required on occasion.

* Previous office management experience preferably within a fast-paced business organisation
* People management experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Can do and proactive attitude
* Keen problem-solving skills
* Microsoft proficient
* Ability to cope with a dynamic workload
* Understanding of group structures (Desirable)

Interview 2: If you are successful in your first interview, you’ll then have a 2nd and final stage interview with the Director of HR and Facilities.
