This is a 12-month maternity cover role with the potential to become a permanent position as we continue to thrive and expand. You will play a critical role as part of our Therapy Team, working collaboratively with an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional care and support.

The Role
As a Positive Behaviouralist, you will:
* Work within our Therapy Team to promote positive behavioural support and interventions.
* Deliver training in Positive Behaviour Support and PROACT-SCIPr-UK, helping to empower staff to deliver exceptional care.
* Conduct assessments and develop bespoke behaviour support plans tailored to individuals’ needs.
* Collaborate with the current Behaviouralist during a comprehensive handover to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
* Liaise with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred outcomes.
* Provide guidance and support to staff teams, ensuring effective implementation of behaviour strategies.
* Contribute to the overall therapeutic approach of the organisation, working closely with the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Psychology (essential).
* Ideally, experience working in the health and social care sector.
* A strong commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A valid UK driving licence (essential, as travel between sites is required).
* A passion for training and development, with the ability to inspire and educate others.
