We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;
· James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)
· Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)
· The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

The MIS System Analyst key responsibilities will be for:
· Providing day-to-day support and maintenance of the MEDITECH EPR system to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
· Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, working closely with IT teams and vendors to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
· Performing system configurations and adjustments based on clinical, administrative and mandatory requirements to enhance system usability and efficiency.
· Monitor system alerts and logs to identify potential issues before they impact users.
