We are a small and friendly team passionate about delivering high-quality workshops. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Customer Service and Logistics Co-ordinator.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Service and Logistics Co-ordinator to manage supplier relationships, coordinate workshop logistics, and oversee recruitment and onboarding of new facilitators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and gets a buzz from keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier & Workshop Coordination
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop facilitators via phone and email.
2. Organise and schedule suppliers for workshops on a rolling, month-by-month basis.
3. Stay one step ahead, keeping track of ongoing bookings and following up promptly.
4. Proactively chase suppliers if responses are delayed.
5. Handle last-minute emergencies, quickly sourcing alternative facilitators when needed.
Recruitment & Compliance
1. Lead the onboarding and recruitment of new facilitators, ensuring all safeguarding checks are completed.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all suppliers.
Customer & Financial Management
1. Provide brilliant customer service to schools when required.
2. Process supplier invoices and ensure they are passed through appropriately.
3. Follow up on school payments, handle queries professionally, and escalate to finance when necessary.
