This role will primarily be to co-ordinate and manage business processes, supporting overall administrative function across the company, including planning, scheduling and reporting. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm £29k Duties Coordinate, create and review documentation, including procedures, policies, work instructions, and forms. Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits and inspections. Identify areas improvement, auditing and compliance. Monitor key performance indicators. Promote quality awareness. Prepare and manage audit schedules to support the Head of Operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Ensure that all quality-related documentation is controlled, accessible, and properly archived. Play a key role in the development of quality manuals for all operational aspects of our business. Identify and assess risks. Liaise with departments regarding customer feedback and complaints, ensuring they are effectively addressed. To coordinate the development and ongoing management of the business website and social media activity. Monitor stock levels. Provide administrative support to Human Resource and Payroll Manager. Requirements Knowledge of Quality standard ISO9001 Good understanding of administrative working procedures Excellent organisational and project management skills Computer literate with experience in the use of Microsoft products, particularly Excel Excellent communication skills and telephone manner To be able to proactively manage workloads Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously To apply for the Business Administration role, please do so online and a member of the team will be in touch.
