We're seeking a Data & Business Growth Executive to harness the power of data and propel our brand to new heights.
Your Mission:
This hybrid role combines the analytical prowess of a data scientist with the strategic vision of a business development expert. Your goal? To uncover hidden insights within customer data and transform them into actionable strategies that attract new customers and fuel our growth.
Data Detective (30%)
* Customer Insights: Dive deep into customer data, from shopping habits to demographics, to uncover trends and identify untapped opportunities for growth.
* Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research on competitor activities, market dynamics, and potential areas for expansion.
* Optimization Guru: Use data to refine store layouts, product placements, and promotions for maximum impact and increased footfall.
* Segmentation Strategist: Develop customer profiles and segmentation strategies to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with different audiences.
* Marketing Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to create data-driven campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Business Growth Champion (70%)
* Lead Generation: Identify potential new customer segments and markets by leveraging data and research insights.
* Partnership Builder: Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses, suppliers, and service providers to enhance store offerings and attract new customers.
* Community Connector: Develop and execute strategies for community outreach and engagement, making In:Five a valuable part of local neighbourhoods.
* Sales Dynamo: Design and implement data-driven promotional campaigns that drive repeat visits and increase average transaction value.
* Expansion Strategist: Use data to identify prime locations for new store openings and pop-up shops, ensuring expansion efforts are aligned with customer demand.
Your Skillset:
* Data-Driven Thinker: You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
* Business Savvy: You understand how to connect data insights with key business objectives, from revenue growth to market penetration.
* Customer-Centric: You're passionate about understanding customer behavior and creating strategies to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
* Communication Pro: You can clearly communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external partners.
* Problem Solver: You're a creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to drive customer acquisition and improve store performance.
* Tech-Savvy: You're familiar with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI), CMS, and CRM platforms.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or data analysis, preferably in retail or a consumer-facing industry.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
