Project Manager - Fit-Out

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to join a long established and highly-respected contractor based in Canary Wharf.

Working across multiple sectorsincluding commercial, office fit out, banks, education, healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £200k upto £5m, the company are a leading main contractor who provide a full range of fit-out services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Reporting into the Divisional Director, you will lead and manage fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
2. Coordinate with the site team, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks.
4. Conduct site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
