Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Uxbridge
Compensation: OTE £75,000 - £80,000, including base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to respond to a steady flow of sales leads while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities to support our growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to all inbound sales enquiries and maintain exceptional client service.
2. Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
3. Build and foster strong relationships with existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
4. Work closely with our technical team on pricing for projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Sales Experience in Passive Fire Protection: Demonstrated success in fire stopping and fire doors sales within the passive fire protection industry.
2. Client Base Knowledge: Previous experience selling to Tier 1 contractors, end-users, or facilities management companies.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
4. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Personal Attributes:
1. Organised and capable of prioritising a large client portfolio.
2. Self-starter, driven to achieve and exceed targets.
3. Consultative sales approach, focused on understanding client needs.
4. Confident handling a high volume of outbound sales calls.
Additional Requirements:
1. Travel to the Uxbridge head office is required weekly.
2. Valid UK driving licence required.
