Description
* Prepare financial statements in a timely manner
* Analyse budgets and create expense reports
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
* Streamline accounting functions and operations
* Develop financial analysis to assist the not-for-profit organisation in financial decision making
* Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
* Develop budgets consistent with the goals of the not-for-profit organisation
* Provide financial advice and support to colleagues within the organisation
Profile
A successful Accountant should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Knowledge of budget forecasting and risk analysis
* Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* An analytical mindset
