Job Description
Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
* Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Identify customer's needs and provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
* Follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
* Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
* Remain up-to-date with product knowledge
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
* Strong phone handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
