Description
To provide strategic support services to the wider business during procurement and contracting activity; ensuring it is undertaken on time, in accordance with legislation, company policies and procedures. The role will involve the management of invitation to tenders (ITTs), request for quotations (RFQs) and request for information (RFI) as well as supplier management, auditing and onboarding.
*This role requires at least 3 days working in the office and 2 days work from home per week.

Key Responsibilities
* Management of full-cycle tender activity, including by not limited to;
Defining business needs and internal scoping
Drafting of tender documentation
Submission management and collation
Organising and managing bidder presentations
Supplier evaluations
Drafting of tender reports with the Procurement Manager
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements throughout the year
* Pre-market analysis and engagement to support upcoming procurement requirements.
* Support the request for quotations (RFQs) process with internal business areas
* Tracking the status of live tenders and updating key milestones.
* Supplier database administration and management.
* Supplier relationship management; completing supplier performance reviews to include the reporting of contract SLAs and key deliverable data.
* Supplier onboarding and auditing
* Liaising with the legal team on contract requirements including KPIs and SLAs.

Performance will be monitored through objectives set as part of the annual Personal Development Review (PDR) process, with bi-monthly progress meetings
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Commercial procurement and/ or formal tendering experience (private or public sector)
* Supplier management experience.
* Supplier onboarding and/ or auditing experience is preferable.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any one time.
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
* Clear, confident, and concise communicator.
* High competency of MS Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
* Analytical mindset and proactive thinker.
* Strong written skills.
* Understanding of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
* Driven and motivated with an inquiring mind.
* Positive mindset and a genuine team player.
