The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.It will suit someone who’s at ease with people, and able to support them in a caring, friendly and efficient manner. It involves finding solutions for customers, keeping up to date with our services and policies and staying on top of admin. Dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately are among its key responsibilities as well as taking calls and other duties for our greater Customer Service area.
