Mechanical Engineering Instructor- Hampshire
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Instructor to join our clients team, delivering high-quality teaching for Level 2 and 3 apprentices. The role involves developing and delivering engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons in mechanical engineering subjects such as Mechanical Assembly and Maintenance, Hydraulics, Health & Safety, and Engineering Principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement interactive, technology-driven lessons aligned with Level 2 and 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Standards.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate apprentices to help them reach their full potential, preparing them for assessment milestones.
* Assess and monitor learner progress, recording data as required by awarding bodies.
* Commit to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching to enhance learner engagement and skill development.
Requirements:
* Proven teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering up to Level 3, with recognized industry qualifications (e.g., BTEC, HNC, HND).
* Strong occupational competence in Mechanical Engineering.
* Desirable: Assessor/Verifier qualification, NVQ Level 3 in Training & Development, and/or industrial experience in the maritime sector.
