2. Experience of managing reception
3. Administration experience
4. Experience of working in an NHS environment or healthcare environment
5. Knowledge and understanding of patient confidentiality
6. Knowledge and experience of handling sensitive data
7. Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities.
8. Experience of using clinical databases or similar patient
9. Understanding the principles around safeguarding sensitive data
Desirable criteria
10. Experience of working within a Palliative Care team or Hospice setting
