Job Description
The purpose of the Revenue team is to help generate new business by researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. Engaging with a range of high-profile brands, designers, celebrities, charities, and social media influencers to help them to reimagine what's possible with their brand, whilst also improving their impact on the planet.
This role will drive the brand's growth across the UK and international markets. A critical leadership role that involves working closely with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies and build strong relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities
1. Global Prospecting & Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in identifying and pursuing high-value enterprise clients worldwide. Take full ownership of prospecting and securing new business through innovative outreach (phone, email, social media, industry events, etc.).
2. Strategic Discovery & Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and tailored product demos with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, identifying pain points and crafting high-impact solutions that position Teemill Tech as a crucial partner.
3. Creative Deal Structuring & High-Value Closures: Design bespoke solutions and lead high-level negotiations to close complex, multi-million-pound deals. Ensure that each deal maximizes both client value and company revenue.
4. Executive Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within top-tier global accounts. Ensure ongoing satisfaction and drive additional opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration for Growth: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment and accelerate sales growth, but without direct people management responsibilities. Drive initiatives that contribute to overall business success.
6. Market Insights & Competitive Strategy: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition and position Teemill Tech as a leader in the space.
7. Sales Funnel Ownership & Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and prospecting through to closing deals—while ensuring efficient management of your own sales funnel to hit and exceed targets.
8. Reporting & Data-Driven Insights: Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline health to senior leadership, providing actionable insights on emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Sandler, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience
1. Proven Senior Sales Expertise: 7+ years of direct sales experience, particularly within tech or B2B sectors, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth through global accounts and high-level deal closures.
2. Track Record of High-Level Deal Closures: Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-pound deals and managing complex negotiations with senior-level stakeholders, particularly C-suite executives.
3. Ambition & Growth-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a clear track record of exceeding revenue targets, and a relentless drive to push business forward without needing a team to do so.
4. Strategic Account Development: Extensive experience in managing and growing high-value accounts, creating bespoke solutions that deliver significant client value and contribute to long-term success.
5. Expert Negotiation Skills: Adept at leading high-stakes negotiations, navigating the complexities of large contracts, and achieving win-win solutions that benefit both the client and Teemill Tech.
6. Global Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for international markets, understanding cultural nuances and adapting approaches to regional needs.
