This role is responsible for supporting the area and may involve working in other stores within a reasonable distance. Requirements:
* Experience leading and developing a team
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Pride in offering unmatched support to customers and your team
* Strong communication skills
* Confidence to monitor, manage, and improve store's key performance indicators
