Our client is a UK based manufacturer of high-quality bespoke products that serves mainly the construction, marine, oil & gas, and automotive industries.
They have been in business for over 45 years with a turnover of GBP6.5M and are entering an exciting new phase of growth. They currently sell all across the world and are known for high quality on time products that sees a high level of returning customers.
To help support this new phase, our client is seeking an Internal Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a small sales team.
2. Support and further develop the sales team.
3. Investigate new avenues of sales and product development.
4. Manage processes and systems around developing business.
5. Maintain a large database of live and dormant contacts.
Qualifications:
1. Strong sales background in the construction industry.
2. Experience in managing a team of internal sales executives.
3. Target driven and hungry to achieve success.
