Role Overview: This position is a standalone role reporting directly to the Operations Manager, providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and employees. The role involves handling a range of administrative tasks, with some involvement in facilities management. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role, fully based on-site. Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities: General Administrative Support: Draft and prepare documentation, such as NDAs and other legal paperwork. Set up documents for electronic signature through DocuSign. Conduct data entry tasks and basic data analysis. Organise travel arrangements for staff. Manage office supply orders and inventory. Report facilities-related issues to the Site Team. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed. Support for the Operations Manager: Assist with export and shipping documentation. Communicate with couriers and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries. Help manage PO entries, IOR processes, and related tasks. Support for the Finance Manager: Process and post vendor invoices using Xero accounting software. Support for the Supply Chain Manager: Assist with packing items for shipment. Organise deliveries and collections of materials and components. Help conduct stock counts and maintain inventory records.
