We are currently looking to recruit a restaurant manager to oversee an award-winning restaurant, based within a luxury country house hotel.
The restaurant manager will be tasked with overseeing the day to day running of the outlet, reporting directly to the F&B Manager.
This is a busy 1 AA rosette restaurant operation and will require a well organised and quality driven manager to successfully oversee the outlet. The position will be responsible for a dedicated team including an assistant manager and two supervisors.
We are looking for a restaurant professional who has been exposed to managing ideally a high-volume quality restaurant, and who enjoys a front facing role.
