Job Description:
Your mission We are looking for a self-driven, passionate Data Experience Associate to provide support and assistance to Schneider Electric Sustainability Business clients. Our Sustainability Business offers solutions to key challenges facing customers with respect to managing and optimizing their energy and utility data. The Data Experience Team has been developed to deliver a more digital and comprehensive data service to our customers. The Client Data Experience Associate is a client-facing position providing oversight for many of the Data Operations processes. This hybrid role will be based from our Edinburgh or Manchester office, and we offer a competitive remuneration and flexible benefits package, plus excellent development opportunities in an engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery of data activities with a view to maximizing success and efficiency of the client’s data operations services.
2. Customer Service interface between the Global Data Operations team and the Client.
3. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout both the implementation and the ongoing delivery of the various data service deliveries, including receiving and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
4. Partner with the Client Management team on customer data issues and support to resolution.
5. Preparing and providing accurate service delivery updates to all stakeholders through a variety of mechanisms, including regular presentations or telephone updates.
6. Ongoing process and service reviews to promote delivery optimization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer-service or customer-facing environment. They will have strong, professional communication skills and be motivated by working in a mission-led business. Expertise across the following areas and a willingness to learn others is required:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Have a passion for process improvement.
3. Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
4. Strong desire to research problems and issues with ability to follow-through to resolution.
5. Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities.
6. Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point).
7. Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written.
8. A confident telephone manner is a core requirement.
9. Understand Energy industry terminology and standards (preferred).
