You’ll be playing a key role in growing the agency’s business.
The role:
This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team as an Internal SME Commercial Sales Executive, dealing with premiums up to £20k. You will develop and grow the business strategy by driving the delivery of new key Commercial business sales and consistently meeting personal sales targets. To be successful at this role, you will be a driven and determined high performer with proven sales experience. You will be someone who can think laterally and look to develop new key markets in the local area and beyond. You will be fully supported through a comprehensive training programme, and once licenced in all relevant product lines you will be surrounded by colleagues who will support you in your acquisition of new insurance Business and associated products.
What we’re looking for:
* A person with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong communication skills and the ability to form and nurture relationships
* Self-Motivated and the ability to work independently to develop a pipeline of prospects and drive these through to new sales
* Experience of the insurance/financial services sector preferable, but not essential
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office and sales support systems
* Minimum of Grade C/ Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Full UK driving license and access to your own car for customer visits
