Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes. • Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations. • Process new insurance applications and policy renewals accurately and efficiently. • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain and update client records in our database. • Provide administrative support to insurance brokers and underwriters. • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and company products. Qualifications & Background required: • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Insurance-related certifications (e.g., CISR, AINS) are a plus
